I REFUSE TO BE IGNORED. I am Young, yes I know, Agewise but not mentally, I am black, yes I know, But does that relegate me to ‘The inferiors’ Hall of Fame?” No! I don’t think so, I refuse to be ignored. I am hapless, Yes I know, But I also know that, Poverty often bears innovation, -the true path to real greatness, And self actualization. And so I still refuse to be ignored. I know, To you, I am very ugly, But to God; fearfully and wonderfully made, And I’ve never doubted Him. So, Even if you wont notice me, I will still refuse to be ignored.

My Dear, Let’s sing again, This song should never end, The sweet melody soothes my nerves, The rhythm rejoices my bones, Unconsciously I nod my head, This music of the spheres, Keeps my heart in total bliss. Nothing seems amiss, At least for the moment, I can feel your calculated breathing on my ears, Your tender touch, With your cold hands, Seems so real to me. And that’s why I wish for us to continue singing. So that I may never wake up to the fact that You are miles away from me…

Those little things i count, The L's and the T's, the firsts and the lasts, And the ever presents everlastings, I hold dearly, The pain in the train, As i slip away from your embrace, The cry in the rain, As i eagerly wait for summer, The season of Love, To busk in your love,] As i watch the sun go down, The halo brings back the fond memories, Small distances reminiscing of the little things, Things you did And i never appreciated, As i lonely in the sundawn, I silently whisper to myself... Thank you. Hope u get to read this, coz those little things Really count now.

This With my eyes closed, I could still grope in the darkness, And yet never miss your beautiful face, With my ears closed I could still not strain while listening to your soothing voice, The lullaby of love, My mouth runs dry and My heart beats twice, M afraid of lokking at the scars that you’l leave, When you, Just like the rest, Walk out on me, I love you..

This has been my rhythm all night With my eyes closed, I could still grope in the darkness, And yet never miss your beautiful face, i just listen to the rhythm of your heart With my ears closed I could still not strain while listening to your soothing voice, The lullaby of love, dancing to the rhythm of your love My mouth runs dry and My heart beats twice, increasing the tempo of the rhythm, M afraid of looking at the scars that you’l leave, When you, Just like the rest, Walk out on me, I love you...
